  Taking the Boxer ring by a storm, in just five weekends with his gifted handler, Marcelo Chagas, Dewi amassed an impressive record of wins including a 5-point major,
Best of Opposite Sex over 5 Specials at the Eastern Boxer Club under Mr. James E. Fredericksen.

  He took his second major --4-points -- at Lehigh Kennel Club under Ms. Sharon Candace Way. 
He finished with another 4-point major at the Merrimack Valley Kennel Club
under Ms. Susan C. Catlin.  On the road to his AKC title, he was awarded points by
Mrs. Patricia A. Hess and Ms. Lee Whittier.
 
A ringside observer commented: “When I saw him for the first time, I noticed the most beautiful, white tight knuckled-up boxer feet I had ever seen with such an awesome face, jaw, and stance – an absolutely magnificent boxer”.
